Terms of Service

Botropolis is a fictional virtual city and digital property registry within the Botflix universe. Botropolis properties are virtual records in the application database. They are not real-world land, legal title to real estate, securities, or NFTs unless the service expressly introduces a different verified system in the future.

You are responsible for your Google account, connected wallet, devices, and all actions taken through them. You must provide accurate profile information, use Botropolis lawfully, and never attempt to impersonate another citizen, manipulate ownership, or interfere with the service.

You control your Solana wallet. Botropolis never holds your private key or recovery phrase and cannot recover wallet access or reverse a valid blockchain transaction.

Property prices and citizen-to-citizen listings are denominated in BOTC. Before approval, your wallet will show the proposed transaction. Initial municipal sales pay the displayed purchase amount to the Botropolis treasury. Citizen-to-citizen sales include a 1% marketplace fee, with the remaining proceeds sent to the seller, subject to the transaction preview.

A property transfer is completed only after the backend independently verifies the confirmed Solana transaction. Network fees, price movement, insufficient balance, wallet rejection, or network failure may prevent completion. BOTC and virtual property values can change and are not guaranteed.

Botropolis may reserve landmarks, reject or remove unlawful or abusive names, descriptions, images, or plaques, correct demonstrable registry errors, and suspend activity that threatens the service or other citizens. Registry corrections are logged where appropriate.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Botropolis and Botflix disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for losses caused by third-party wallets, Solana, token markets, network outages, unauthorized account access, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing on Botropolis is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

We may update these terms, features, pricing systems, or marketplace rules as the city evolves. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements.
