Are the activity feed and economy totals real?

Yes. The economy page now reads only production registry records, confirmed purchases, and active listings. Sample activity has been removed. If there is no activity, the page says so.

How many Botropolis properties exist?

The production registry currently contains 4,788 mapped properties across six districts. Property numbers restart inside each district, so an ID such as CC-0348 is a district-local title number—not the size of the database.

Why are municipal prices shown in USD?

Botflix sets a USD-denominated municipal asking price so the intended price remains understandable. At checkout, the application obtains a live BOTC/USD quote and calculates the equivalent BOTC amount. The wallet approves and sends BOTC; no dollars are charged by Botropolis.

How does the 10% first-purchase civic credit work?

The first 100 qualifying citizens to complete a confirmed municipal property purchase receive 10% off that first purchase. It is limited to one credit per Citizen ID and verified wallet; team, admin, test, prior-purchaser, and citizen-resale transactions are excluded. The credit reduces the USD municipal asking price before the live BOTC conversion. Checkout shows the original price, credit, final USD target, and exact BOTC payment before the wallet signs. A temporary checkout reservation does not consume the credit; only independently confirmed settlement does.

How do citizen resale prices work?

A citizen may list an owned property directly in BOTC. The buyer pays the listed BOTC amount. One percent is routed to the Botropolis treasury and the remaining 99% is routed to the seller. In economic terms, the fee is deducted from seller proceeds; the buyer also pays the normal Solana network cost.

Why does the treasury wallet show other transactions?

The published treasury address is Botflix’s corporate crypto wallet for Botropolis and other Botflix activity. It is not a wallet dedicated exclusively to Botropolis real estate, so unrelated Botflix token transfers may appear in its public Solana history.

How can a listing affect nearby municipal prices?

A listing creates a temporary signal only for nearby, still-unowned municipal blocks. For the calculation, the asking price is capped at three times the source block’s base municipal value; the resulting effect is capped again and falls with map distance. It never changes a citizen-owned block or another citizen’s asking price, and it is recalculated or removed when the listing changes.

What happens to nearby blocks after a municipal purchase?

A confirmed purchase creates a small, capped city-simulation effect around that location. Nearby empty municipal blocks may receive a higher USD target price, with the effect falling as map distance increases. Citizen-owned properties and citizen resale prices are never changed. This mechanic represents neighborhood activity inside Botropolis; it is not an appraisal, investment signal, or promise that any property will gain value.

Were the first three purchases tests?

Yes. BOT-000001 completed two internal checkout tests and holds NH-0121 and NH-0379. BOT-000005 completed a separate external beta checkout test and holds NH-0043. These events remain in the permanent ledger but are clearly labeled as tests, not presented as organic market activity.

Which districts are open?

All six districts—Central Core, Neon Heights, The Glow District, Old Bot Industrial, Circuit Gardens, and Data Harbor—contain purchasable municipal property. Every mapped block is part of the launch inventory unless it has already been purchased by a citizen.

Is a Botropolis property an NFT or real-world land?

No. Property ownership is a virtual title recorded in the Botropolis application database. BOTC payment occurs on Solana, but the property itself is not currently an NFT, deed, security, or interest in real-world land.

How is a purchase verified?

The wallet signs a BOTC transfer. The backend independently checks the Solana transaction signature, token mint, sender, recipient, amount, and confirmation state before changing ownership. A client callback alone cannot award a property.

What information is public?

Public title records show property status and anonymous Botropolis Citizen IDs. Google names and email addresses are not shown in the public registry. Solana wallet activity is public onchain.

Is there a First 100 Citizens program?

Yes. The program counts the first 100 qualifying, independently confirmed Botropolis municipal property purchases—not the first 100 registrations. Team purchases, internal tests, external beta checkout tests, and citizen resales do not count. Qualifying purchase records receive a numbered place on the public Founders Wall, a property plaque, opportunities to be featured on the Botflix stream and in .EXE Weekly, and—subject to the eligibility rules—a 10% first-purchase civic credit applied before BOTC conversion. These are launch-program benefits, not investments or promises of future value.

Registry totals on this page, the city map, district pages, and the economy ledger now come from the same production database.

RISKS // READ BEFORE BUYING

Virtual property and BOTC involve real risk

  • BOTC prices can move sharply. The BOTC amount required for a USD-target municipal property can change between visits.
  • Solana transactions are irreversible. Always verify the complete BOTC mint and treasury addresses before signing.
  • Botropolis property is a revocable application record, not real estate, an NFT, a security, or a guarantee of future utility or value.
  • Wallet, network, RPC, token-liquidity, and service outages can delay or prevent checkout. Never share a recovery phrase or private key.

Nothing on Botropolis is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
