Privacy Policy

When you sign in, we receive basic Google account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We also store your Botropolis citizen profile, preferences, property records, listings, favorites, and activity.

When you connect a Solana wallet, we store its public address and verification status. Public blockchain transactions, balances, and signatures are visible on Solana. We never request or store your wallet private key or recovery phrase.

We collect first-party service analytics including pages viewed, anonymous visitor and session identifiers, referring site, device and browser category, and approximate country, region, and city supplied by our hosting provider. We do not store IP addresses in the Botropolis analytics registry.

We use this information to authenticate citizens, operate the property registry and marketplace, verify BOTC payments, prevent fraud and duplicate transactions, provide support, maintain security, and improve Botropolis.

Botropolis uses necessary cookies and session records to keep you signed in, secure the OAuth flow, protect account actions, and measure anonymous visits and sessions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics collection honors supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

We rely on service providers for authentication, hosting, databases, and Solana network access. Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.

We retain account, property, marketplace, and transaction records for as long as needed to operate and secure the registry. Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted from Solana. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of eligible account information. Some registry and transaction records may need to remain for integrity, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Botropolis evolves and will post the current version on this page.
